If you can fix relevant sensors to an UAV or Drones or simple Remote Controlled Helicopter then that arrangement can be utilized for weather monitoring. And if you can track the rainfall then you can also select where to develop Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) ponds for optimal utilization. Let us discuss about this concept.
