Climate Resilience InCharge for Tamilnadu URBAN Development
Lead. Lead the Climate Resilience For Sustainable Development intervention
Planning: Develop strategic approaches and short-term and long-term plans for maximizing the adoption of climate-resilient practices by rural communities as well as the development of relevant community assets.
Capacity Building: Design capacity-building approaches and lead the development of appropriate training modules for farmers, Gram Panchayats, operating partners, and other stakeholders.
Technical Support: Provide/Facilitate technical support to implementation teams at state and district levels (including operational partners) on areas relevant to the intervention.
Innovations: Facilitate demonstrations and encourage the use of technology and other innovations such as irrigation efficiency technologies, drought/saline resilient seed varieties, innovative insurance products & financial instruments, and others that are relevant.
Required Experience : 3 to 4

Qualification: Any Graduate and/or Any Post Graduate
